The Committee on Seniors, Children & Families moved to amend the bill on page one, after the article heading by striking out the following text:

 [Repealed.]”;

            On page three,  section 48-9-102(9), line 16, by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso: Provided, That expansion of any shared parenting time to accommodate sibling/half-sibling time will not exceed a an equal split of the parenting time between both parent unless agreed by the parties or the court expressly finds that the presumption of and equal split of parenting time has been rebutted by hearings meeting the requirements set forth in §48-9-204(a).
